Girl Scouts Here We Come!

Blue Belle and I have been on a break of late as I had four surgeries on due to pain pump malfunctions between October and May! FUN STUFF! Now bring on those tiny violins for me to bow on...

Nothing makes us happier than visiting kids! Especially smart, inquisitive and dedicated to making this world a better place like The Girl Scouts! We are SO thrilled to have been invited to speak to Barbara Karpp's troop in Valencia, CA! We will read Squirrel and cover the sacrifices of our wounded and the diversity in our disabled. Then a complete overview on assistance animals and the (vast) differences in Service, Therapy and Emotional Support dogs! The rules and laws are not the same! And do ya know it takes moving mountains to qualify as a therapy dog and handler? Yup! It's a whole other world! And Emotional Support dogs do NOT have the same rights as Service Dogs! So many things to share, I hope we get it all in before Blue needs a potty break! We look forward to a busy year on this unforeseen journey of ours!
